 The Web Design & Marketing Welfare Association (WMA) is a not-for-profit industry body registered under the Societies Act. WMA NGO+ services provides a range of IT services for non-government

organizations (NGOs) to assist them with IT governance, IT management, development and consulting.

WMA specializes in helping NGOs embrace IT and maximize the benefits they can secure from it. It offers informed choices in selecting technologies, approaches, partners and providers, and also assists with proactive efforts for improved exploitation of IT.

History

WMA started out as an effort to bring up and certify standards of website design in an increasingly chaotic and disorganized sector where new player come in everyday and there is no certification on standards. With our certification in quality we continue to contribute to quality in the IT sector.

During our efforts we also felt the need to contribute to empowerment of the various rural and urban NGO’s that operate in our country and are unable to find the quality of IT services or lack the funds for the same. The online presence can help NGO’s in many ways to reach out to funding agencies, volunteers, government agencies etc and make their visible for millions to see. This has motivated us to start NGO+ Services where we provide the whole range of IT services that may be needed by an NGO to further their social goals.
